CUSTOMER CARE

Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations. They are designed to ensure that Millcroft Textiles customers can shop with us in safety and security. For your own reference, please feel free to print and keep a copy.

Millcroft Textiles Ltd reserve the right to discontinue or change products and pricing without notice. Errors in pricing on the website are not binding and may be adjusted at any time.

ACCEPTING ORDERS AND SECURITY

When you place an order we treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with external agencies to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

GUARANTEE

All Millcroft Textile products have a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not include consumable items such as needles, bobbins, light bulbs, etc.

RETURNS

If you decide you are unhappy with your purchase, please advise us by e-mail before return of goods. Your product is to be returned to Millcroft Textiles within 14 days unused, and in its original condition. A full refund will be given less our postage costs. Your product will be returned to the delivery address at your expense.

FAULTY GOODS

All goods must be checked by the customer on the day of delivery for faults or postal damage. If goods are faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, you must notify Millcroft Textiles within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange to have the goods exchanged.
